Content: • Describe the characteristics of a professional. • What strengths do you have that demonstrate professionalism? • How does your behaviour influence how others perceive you? • What aspects of your behavior do you need to work on to become a well-rounded professional? • Discuss how being a role model positively contributes to high performance team dynamics and excellent client care. Formatting: • This assignment should be stapled together in the top left hand corner and should contain a title page including the teacher’s name, course and section number, the date of submission and the full name of the student. • Typed, single sided, double spaced, font size 12 • Must demonstrate proper grammar, sentence structure and spelling • APA 6th ed. for references to be used • Submit Turnitin originality report with this assignment –showing percentage score. • The penalty for late submission of assignments is a deduction of 20% per day late from your original assignment mark (weekends count as two days). Assignment submitted after 1600 hours on Friday will not be considered received until 0730, Monday with a 2 day penalty (see Humber ITAL Personal Support Worker Program Student Handbook and Educational Policies).
