In Chapter 1 of the Martin and Kettner (2010) text, the authors discuss three perspectives of performance measurement for human services organizations. In a 825 – to 1070 word paper (not including title page or references section) differentiate and describe the three main perspectives. Conduct additional research with scholarly resources and analyze the strengths and weakness associated with the different information each perspective yields regarding an organization or program’s performance. Describe how to choose the appropriate performance perspective based on the specific performance element in question.
