Watch the documentary “The Marines”(link below). In a short essay, compare (in your opinion) what being a leader means in an organization (civilian setting) and leadership in the military. Discuss the differences and similarities. In addition to this film, use examples from the book/chapter slides and any videos on leadership we’ve seen thus far to support your theories/ideas.
1.5 spaced, times new roman font size 11. Spelling, grammar, and page format will be part of your grade as well.
Note: No page length requirement but be advised; due to the amount of information from the video, I would expect to see about 2 pages. It would be very hard to express your opinions with just one page. Be prepared to discuss in the next class meeting
