An introduction and conclusion are required.  An introduction should identify the key points to be discussed in the paper.  Ex:  The author will discuss. . . . . or  The highlights of this paper will include.. .  A conclusion should summarize the major points that were discussed.

Each bullet point under each heading should be clearly identified and discussed.  Begin each new bullet point with a new paragraph.  Ex: The health care industry has had a variety of changes in the last 10 years.

The health care industry has evolved over the last decade.  The health care market has been impacted by changes in technology as well as the financial and economic evolution of the industry.  Imagine you have been given the opportunity to participate in a health care seminar as a guest speaker.  You have been asked to discuss the evolution of the health care industry from a technology, finance, and economic perspective.
