In consideration of the following attached technical writing planning questions construct a 1 page complaint letter based on the following criteria:
1. You have identified an area at your company that offers a poor customer experience or an inside process that hinders employe productivity.
2. Address a letter to a fictitious owner of the process at your company who should know about your complaint.
3. Make your complaint in a third person voice and be as objective and positive about solving it in a helpful manner.
4. Then explain how you believe the matter or process can be improved.
