I’m the leader of my team. My task is to calculate the cycle time and takt time for the current production process. The production line works for 8 hours a day and 5 days a week and produce. the number of produced bikes is 46 bikes/week. The goal is to produce 50 bikes a day. Calculate the current production cycle time and takt time and ( the cycle time, takt time after changing some constrains) To reach the production goal constrains within the painting welding station and assembly stations will be changed. Constrains like number of workers, machine used within the three stations. In addition, I did setup meeting with industrial Advisor and academic advisor.
