This is the start of my dissertation that I started a year ago. I’ve been overwhelmed with all the reading I have done since then, but I need to submit a basic concept paper for approval or to demonstrate active engagement. I need someone to edit and offer suggestions with my formatting (my school does have some changes to basic APA that I can address later), topic selection, strength, and quality of the paper. There is no exact deadline, soon is always better, but it can extend past the date suggested if needed. I am unable to change the type of service, it is not from scratch, it is simply an edit/review.

Please ensure experience in doctoral-level dissertations. I need to ensure academic and high level writing and tone.
