A 5-7 page paper, on a topic about how tag questions (ex. His name is John, isn’t it?) are used by both genders, to express sarcasm, uncertainty, and seek for confirmation. This is to refute with the author who argues women use tag questions more to express uncertainty. I need to use data not only from research articles, but also tag questions used in real conversations or media between male and female.
