Your assignment should clearly include the academic insight, i.e. the concepts and the supporting references involved, indicated in the report and listed in the references and bibliography.

Select an area of the simulation scenario (the supply chain game) and explain the significance of this area in terms of strategy and operations of a supply chain (using supply chain theory/models and ideas).​

Track the performance of this are during the simulation the (simulation is attached)and how the function/process had on overall results. Explain any trade-offs made in this area.​

2.Scenario Evaluation 600 words 30%​ (use the ikea case study that is attached and the theories that are all attached in the slides)

Select one of the scenarios from either the:​

A Customer Service gaps scenario OR​

A complex Supply Chain scenario OR​

Summarise your evaluation of that one business scenario in 600 words, through applying supply chain theory/models and ideas to make a recommendation.​

3.Plan and Risks (largely diagrams, equivalent to 600 words) 30%​ (all of these are in the slides)

Develop a project plan to improve the supply chain scenario you discussed in section 2 (i.e. implement your recommendation). This will include the risk assessment plan for the project. ​

Identify the main activities to implement your recommendation​

Show this in a project plan: table of activities, network diagram, Gantt chart. You can use software to help you.​

Discuss this plan​
