And as I’m watching the commercials, I realize, these are great appeals and examples of persuasion. Check out the Rocket Mortgage by Quicken Loans commercial about mortgages and why it’s great for everyone to have one, thus, use Quicken Loans to get yourself a mortgage.

So, here’s a last ditch offer for some of you who want a few extra points before the end of the term.
Watch some super bowl commercials during the game or google and watch Super Bowl Commercials online. Choose 3 to summarize and explain the appeal/method of persuasion. Identify what the thesis of the commercial/company is, who is the likely audience, and explain if the commercial is persuasive? Why or why not? In your analysis, include links to youtube or the product website where the commercial can be seen.

Each response/analysis write up should be about 1 page in length, double-spaced. So you should turn in at least 3 pages. You can email it to me as an attachment in MS Word by Monday 2/8 at 11pm for up to 10 extra points.
