Choose a topic we have covered in class and develop an argument for how this process/phenomenon is affected by the use of social media* (or vice versa). This argument must be your own. All claims should be supported by evidence. For example, you may wish to select a particular concept or concepts from within one of these broad topic areas: Impression formation, hypothesis testing, or the self (these are just suggestions). *If you wish, social media may be replaced by another form of ‘modern technology’ you believe has consequences for social cognition. Papers should include (on separate pages, not included in the limit above) a title page, an abstract (150 words), and an APA-formatted references section (in-text citations must also be in APA).
