1. Pick an area to study: Single moms, grandmothers raising children, fathers raising children, etc.
2. Do independent research on this topic. Read at a minimum 5 articles on the topic. Write a bibliography of your sources that you intend to use.
3. Write a paper (5 pages) using both your readings and the interview done previously describing the findings. Ex. The research suggests that raising a grandchild is full of pitfalls, but in
my interview with X I found that there are many strengths to this type of arrangement. Much of this strength has to do with the cultural traditions of the x community.
