Consider one of the managerial decisions you mentioned for your dream company in Assignment 1. You can also consider a new managerial decision for your dream company.
a) Describe the problem in words (alternatives, decision variables, objective, parameters and their values, etc.).
b) Use Excel to develop a spreadsheet model to find the optimal decision.
c) Conduct sensitivity analysis on at least two parameters. For what rang of values of each of these parameters the optimal decision remains unchanged? You should use Excel tools like Goal Seek, Data Table, and Scenario Manager.
You should submit one Word file for part (a) and one Excel file for parts (b) and (c) (you can create several sheets in the Excel file).
