Journal # 2 Instructions
In APA format, write a narrative description of the following:
Which learning outcomes and personal learning objectives have you met so far?
• How have the clinical experiences met your expectations so far?
• What has been the best (or most exciting) learning experience so far?
• What MSN and AONE competencies have you experienced so far?
• What will be your focus for the next 4 weeks?

Note: I have been precepting with the Patient Care coordinator for about 9 times now (72 hours)(also called the House Supervisor) of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical
Center. They deal with staffing issues, call ins, are apart of the rapid response team if a code is called. Make rounds to all the units. I have attached journal 1
that you wrote so make sure journal 2 is different. Just make it sound good and realistic and use different AONE Competencies than journal 1 to help complete. Pay
close attention to the rubric. I have also attached the skills inventory self assessment you completed earlier. Thanks

You can say I precepted in Human Resources and talk about some things learned that would match the AONE Competencies and I spent some time in IT etc…
