Writing Assignment 2 directs you to address the following issues based on Weeks 4 & 5 Activities.

In Week 5 you worked with State data concerning the percent / share of OFFENDERS and VICTIMS across Race groups as compared to the particular groups=s percent / share of the total US population? You also examined disparity or discrepancy!
In Week 5 you were asked to use Texas and Massachusetts and add a third state of your own choosing.
Assignment 2 continues the use of the Supplemental Homicide Data to make comparisons across multiple locations – US, Texas, Massachusetts, and YOUR state.
There are two parts to Assignment 2:
Part 1 Issue: 20 points
Why did you choose those two tables to provide a basis for comparing across locations? That is, explain why you believed that these tables would reveal possible and interesting differences. In this regard, I expect you to explain your choice of Independent and Dependent Variables.
Discuss.
Part 2 Tables = 8 Tables = 5 points each = 40 points
Insert your Tables below two tables per page. Label them correctly like in my Template.
2.1 US
2.2 US
2.3 Texas
2.4 Texas
2.5 Massachusetts
2.6 Massachusetts
2.7 Your state
2.8 Your state.
Part 2: Discussion = 5 points per analysis = 40 points.
Discuss the results of your analyses and what they reveal about the variables you have chosen across the 4 locations.
