1. Class Presentations: 30% (2 presentations per term.)
Each student will provide two 15-20 minute presentations on neuropsychology citing 1-2 supporting peer-reviewed journal articles. You may
choose a topic that is of interest to you, or one that you would like to gain better understanding. Sample topics may include the latest
research on a specific neuropsychological disorder or syndrome, a critique of an evaluative method for cognitive functioning, a case
study, or a treatment/rehabilitation method for a neuropsychiatric condition.
Each presentation will be graded on the quality, depth, and relevance, proper citations, as well as the level of engagement with other
learners in class. The purpose of this exercise is to enhance understanding of neuropsychology beyond what is covered in lectures and to
promote a peer-based collaborative learning environment. Visual aids such as PowerPoint, Prezi or others are required and should be
emailed to the instructor at least an hour prior to the start of class on the scheduled date of presentation.
