Research depictions of religion in a television show of your choosing (I chose “Friday Night Lights” the TV series). In your essay make sure you identify the social and historical contexts informing the television show you chose. Based on what you’ve watched and read how do you interpret the television show you chose? What does this show say about American society? What are the real world implications of the representations of religion depicted in the show? This assignment should be 7-10pgs in length, I don’t need a cover page, and include in-text citations.
