Outline Lewin’s model of change (current state, driving forces, restraining forces, end goal & unfreeze, change, refreeze) and explain how individuals on the Energy Investment Model (spectators,
players, walking death, cynics) may react to change. In your response describe four different types of organisational culture (Clan, entrepreneurial, bureaucratic and market cultures).
