1. Provide citation for the article. (5 points) 2. Define the problem. (10 points)
 What is the problem that the article is attempting to address? Was the problem clearly identified? Who does the problem affect? Is the problem significant enough to warrant the article?
3. What is the justification for the article? (10 points) 4. Is the result section clearly written and well organized? (5 points)
 Are tables and figures clearly labeled? Well-organized? Necessary?
5. Are the author’s general conclusions warranted? (5 points) 6. Your analysis. (15 points)
 What is your opinion of this article? How could the article be improved?

Papers should be between 2- 3 typed, double spaced pages (page=350-400 words). Papers will be evaluated on their composition (grammar, spelling, punctuation), organization, logical development and clarity of thought. One of the main objectives is to find a peered reviewed journal-NO credit will be awarded for critiques of non-peered reviewed journal articles.
