In your program plan, include your philosophy of program planning, a rationale for the model or models you have chosen to follow, and a complete description of the program you have developed.

Your program description should include:
1.An assessment of learning needs.
2.Instructional objectives.
3.A description of the program, its location, and its intended audience.
4.Identification of stakeholders and potential partners.
5.A discussion of how you are attending to the cultural context of the participants and the power dynamics embedded in the institution.
6.A step-by-step plan including a detailed description of all learning activities with suggested time frames for each activity. Include rationale for the learning activities selected. (The plan should be presented with sufficient clarity that someone else could use your plan to implement the program).
7.Examples of instructional materials (handouts, PowerPoints, websites, film and other media, art materials, markers etc.).
8.A plan for both formative and summative evaluation and transfer of learning.
9.A preliminary budget.
10.A bibliography of resources consulted.
