Recommendations – Identification and justification of the chosen solution to the problem/case issues.

Implementation plan �Actions undertaken in order to implement the solution to the problem/case issues.

A structure with a clear introduction, well organised material, and a strong conclusion. Correct referencing of sources and standard use of written communication.
