STRATEGIC (30%)

To get the highest marks, this section should include three or more definitions of strategic management and strategic decisions, with the author deciding on a working definition for the purposes of
this paper. The definition will then be applied to the case study organisation, describing three or more strategic decisions and explaining, using the established definition, why these decisions
are strategic.

NON-STRATEGIC (15%)

To get the highest marks, this section should include two or more definitions of non-strategic management and non-strategic decisions, with the author deciding on a working definition for the
purposes of this paper. The definition will then be applied to the case study organisation, describing two or more non-strategic decisions and explaining, using the established definition, why
these decisions are non-strategic.

RISK (15%)

To get the highest marks, this section should include two or more definitions of risk and risk management and explain the difference between risk averse and risk aware. The section will continue to
consider the case study organisation’s attitude to risk, concluding whether it is risk averse or aware and justifying this with the use of examples of strategic decisions the organisation has made
and their implications.

RECOMMENDATIONS (20%)

To get the highest marks, this section should include three or more recommendations f or future strategic decisions the case study organisation should consider. The decisions will be justified with
a situational analysis, using any situational analysis model, and using information considered in the strategic and non-strategic areas of the report.

OVERALL PRESENTATION (20%)

To get the highest marks, the report will be logically presented with a clear structure of sections. The arguments within those sections will be clear and logical. Spelling and grammar will be
perfect. Referencing will be perfect and there will be more than twenty references used. These references will be academic texts and journals in the most part, with just a few weblinks.
