Organizational Diagnosis & Problem-Identification
This project involves diagnosing the causes of a problem within a real organization. The diagnostic report should be in a 1-3 pages’ professional memo format (i.e., make it look like it is worth the invoice amount that would accompany a final report) and should cover the following sections:
First choose a real organization and then:
• The problem
• Theories and/or concepts that explain why the problem exists
• Data that was collected to help understand the problem in greater detail
• What factors in the organization or environment contribute to the problem but are not changeable.
