SECTION 4: Findings and Recommendations:

This is an obesity in children project. Structured physical activity regimen 30 minutes per day 5 days per week. Study performed over 90 day time frame.
Use only peer reviewed journals dated within last 5 years. Number equals 100 participants with a 90 day observation physical activity routine. Cross sectional randomized trial. Use Chi square SPSS to Show positive reduction in weight/overall BMI by 5%. Include charts/graphs to represent 30 day 60 day and 90 day mark revealing reduction in weight/BMI

Provide an analysis-of- self in the role as practitioner, scholar, and project manager; drawing connection between this project experiences, present state, and long-term professional goals.
Describe the completion of the project, discussing challenges, solutions, and insights gained on the scholarly journey.
