Research – Selection of a Corporation and a brief outline of your case study (Tell me why you are picking this corporation and give me an example or two significant negotiations that this company
has had)

Application of the topics learned to the negotiations that the corporation has had

Write the case study

Case Study Outline

Description of the corporation (vital information about the corporation – location, lines of business, products, etc.)

Select five of the main topics covered in Negotiation Genius (i.e. Claiming Value, Investigative Negotiation, Biases of the Mind, Strategies of Influence, etc.)

Write a summary of negotiations that included these topics:

Who are the participants?

What was being negotiated?

How did they apply the topics we have learned? Give specific examples
