4. What is the impact of leveling within slack on the sensitivity of the network? Does some of the slack go away?

1. Next, assume that the project is resource constrained and no additional personnel are available. Use the clear leveling button to remove the leveling within slack you just performed. For MS Project 2013, first make sure all tasks are AUTOMATICALLY scheduled, then go to the go to the resource tab on the menu bar, then leveling options.  Unclick the level within slack checkbox and then level the project.  All over-allocations should be resolved, but the project timeline should grow.

6. How does the new duration compare with the estimated completion date generated from part I? What are the managerial implications of the differences you observed.
