Topic: memo of DOE project

Order Description
Propose a new project for the organization U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Write a memo as written by the project responsibility center unit head to the budget director of the DOE.

In the memo,
1. Explain what is the proposed project
2. Why the project relates to the mission of DOE
3. Why the project is urgent
4. How will the project roll out
5. Make a budget table and briefly explain what or wht is each item/category included
(Please include the table in the word document. Example of the budget table see attached)

ATTENTION:
Proposed program should cost no more than 1% of the total expense of DOE to run. And you don’t need to providing revenue to support the program
