High energy level The purpose, and outcome are clear. However, the meeting agenda may not clear enough. I did not clarify meeting agenda. Team members did not understand the process of the meeting.

I wrote down the checkpoints before the meeting. However, I was nervous. Thus, I forgot to use the checkpoints during the meeting.

The process was a little messy. I did not organize the process well.

It was hard for me to deal with the writing system. Because I am not familiar with the blackboard collaborate system. I confirmed their ideas before I wrote down.

I tried to use the chart to analyze everyone’s idea. I was failed because of I am not familiar with the system.

I did not manage the meeting well. Sometimes, I did not give them enough time to think idea. I spent more time on illustrating my ideas.

I did not keep the energy in a high level. It was my first time, and sometimes I did not know how to encourage them to come up with more ideas.

She gave us background in the beginning. Therefore, we could get familiar with the case.

She used the round robins technique, and gave us enough time to think ideas.
