1. Compare and contrast the key characteristics of your two selected KM orientations, in particular, in relation to their view of the nature and treatment of knowledge. [20%]

2. Compare and contrast the implications for an organisation of adopting each of your two selected KM orientations for its:

a. HRM practices (e.g. in relation to reward) [25%]
