This is a literature review.

Find reports of 10 studies in the area of “Effects of employees’ satisfaction and commitment”. subject to the following criteria.

A. Reports should be from sources that imply a check of quality – published in peer-reviewed journals or coming from an authoritative organisation.

B. The research questions studied should be close enough for the set to have coherence.

Make a review of the findings of the selected studies. In presenting your work, briefly note how you complied with condition A. Critically review the findings of the research, paying attention to design issues. Assess how your set complies with condition B.
