Make sure to draw on relevant (normative and/or explanatory) theories of international politics in developing your argument.

Could you also please draw upon realist, liberalist and cosmopolitan theories in your answer.
It would also be great if you could briefly draw upon norms and ethics of international relations.
Also mentioning examples in history which support/contradict your argument is very helpful.
