Prepare a presentation describing your interest in and background information on the country that you have chosen for your final project. Your presentation for Milestone One should include background information supported with images or photos. Ensure that the country that you have chosen is listed in The Hofstede Centre(http://geert-hofstede.com/countries.html). You may use The World Factbook(https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/bt.html) and The World Bank(http://data.worldbank.org/indicator) as information sources. A useful photo source is TripAdvisor(http://www.tripadvisor.com). Your presentation for Milestone One should include the following background information supported with relevant images or photos.

1. Location and Culture:

• What is the geography/climate?
• What is the total population? What are the major cities and their populations?
• What is the official internet domain for the country?
• What are the major languages spoken in the country?
• What are the main cultural activities?

2. Quality-of-Life Indicators:

• What is the life expectancy?
• What is the literacy rate?

3. Rationale for Your Choice of Country:

• Why did you choose this specific country? Include information from the Module Two discussion.

4. General Economic Conditions:

• What is the current GDP (Gross Domestic Product)?
• What are the imports and exports as percentage of GDP?
• What is the largest field of employment in the country and which sector (e.g., agriculture, resource extraction or other primary sectors,

manufacturing, services, government)?

• What is the unemployment rate?
• What is the inflation rate?
