Required Electronic Submissions: PowerPoint Presentation
Excel file with complete data used to make presentation
Due Date: 14:00, 18 November 2015 Section 02

For your chosen CBM basin, convey the characteristics of a typical (or representative) well by creating a PowerPoint presentation with the following format:
Slide 1 – CBM Basin Name, Location Map, Your Name, Course Number and Section Number.
Slide 2 – Further geographical information (narrowing chosen basin to a field and certain location) and specific information such as typical well life, abandonment conditions, etc. , that were used to develop your well case study.
Slide 3 – Summarize expected OGIP and EUR for a single “representative” well, using low, mid, and high cases based on volumetric estimates. Include the volumetric equation used for the estimates, and numeric values for the parameters used in the volumetric equation.
Slide 4 – Graph of water and gas production data vs. time for base case (mid case for Slide 5.) Label nominal annual decline rate and time since start of production when decline begins.
Slide 5 – Graph of water and gas production data vs. time for low, mid, and high cases. Label nominal annual decline rate and time since start of production when decline begins for the low and high cases.
Slide 6 – Graph of cumulative gas and water production vs. time curves corresponding to data in Slide 5. Label EUR and total well life for each of the three gas production curves.
Slide 7 – Material balance graph (p/z vs. Gp) for low, mid, and high cases, with OGIP and EUR labeled for each case.
Slide 8 – Well operational details such as artificial lift, water disposal, stimulation, etc., based on best practices from existing wells and/or analogy.
Slide 9 – Concluding remarks.
Slide 10 – References.
