As a consultant for an international innovative organisation of your choice, you have been tasked with producing a strategic growth report for your chosen organisation as they embark on a growth strategy and are considering introducing a new product to their product-portfolio in order to be more competitive in the market.

Within this report, you are expected to demonstrate how your chosen international organisation qualifies as ‘innovative’. In addition to this, you are to critically analyse the main components of the New Product Development (NPD) process and recommend ways by which it can be integrated into your strategic growth report.
