Each student will submit an individual experience paper (maximum of 8 pages, double spaced,12 point Arial font) analyzing and critiquing an organization (based anywhere in the world) that you have been associated with. You can draw upon a work, volunteer, team, or school experience. The focus of this assignment will be to apply the theories discussed to better understand your respective organization. Your paper should include a description of the organization (maximum 1/2 page), your connection/role with the organization (maximum 1/2 page), and your general assessment of how it fits (or does not fit) with the concepts covered in the class (must cover content from at least 4 chapters of the textbook).
