Report MUST consider the following areas:
• Funding
• Finance and financial reporting
• Management behaviour
• Transparency

Report MUST follow the Assessment criteria
• (40%) Identification of the main corporate governance issues in each area above
• (40%) A review of these issues including: relative importance, adherence to corporate governance principles, violations of corporate governance principles and implications for British Cycling.
• (20%) Style, structure, presentation, communication and referencing.
