So this paper consists of two parts:

-The first part is the background of the company (VERY BRIEF!)

-The second part is the functions (How they use social media to all of this), and my 3 functions are:

-Global Presence and cultural accomodation

-Marketing and Sales

-Community and Outreach Services

-What results have they seen that can specifically be tied to social media?
