Global/multicultural teams (within the country and across boundaries are becoming more predominant in transnational and multinational organizations.  Develop a paper that compares global or multicultural teams with national (single cultural) teams.  Describe the benefits and challenges of a global team.  Outline team deviance, conformity, and groupthink with respect to cultural differences.  Further discuss the implications of change within a global or multicultural context and how change impacts a global or multicultural team.  Reflect upon innovation and illustrate the advantages to having an innovative culture.  Finally, develop a training plan (will be included as an appendix in the paper) that could be used for training leaders of a global or multicultural team.
