W 10 Ethical Challenges

Using the attached articles, as well as (Koocher’s 2008 article, “Ethical Challenges in Mental Health Services to Children and Families,” from Journal of Clinical Psychology, volume 64, issue 5, pages 601�612). Examine issues to be considered in working with children, adolescents, and their families.

Include the following:

� Assess competence, consent, confidentiality, reporting, competing interests, and documentation.

� Include (1 Page) of statistics and data for (Cyberbullying and Predator Luring).

� Examine any laws in your state (NJ) that guide consent, confidentiality, and reporting when working with children and adolescents in (Cyberbullying and Predator Luring).

� Select the concepts you think will be the most difficult to manage in your work with children and adolescents? Why?

� Provide validation and support for assertions by including relevant examples and supporting evidence.
