You are dispatched as a Paramedic crew to an 8 year old child who sustained an injury to her elbow from a fall of a swing.She is really up set and wont let anyone touch her arm and she will not
bend it.No other muscular pain joint pain or joint deformity is noted and there was no loss of consciousness.On examination sensation was normal in the left hand and she could also abduct her
fingers and thumb.Her vitals are recorded as follows: Respiration=20 rpm,Sp02=100,Temperature=36.4,GCS=15,Blood pressure=107/67.She has no known drug allergies and no regular medications. The
