GUIDELINES AND BACKGROUND TO THIS ASSIGNMENT

This assignment consists of 3 tasks with a word count equivalent of 1750 words. The standard University 10% +/- margin applies.

Introduction – Brief description of communication and your assignment (maximum of 200 words)

Part 1 (Learning Outcome 1) Evaluate the strengths and potential shortcomings of two communication theories covered within this module (choose from – Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic
Programming, Transactional Analysis, Johari Window) – (500-600 words)

Part 2 (Learning Outcome 2) Choosing one practical course activity (group presentation, individual presentation, interview experience) and one digital/online activity (video interview, video CV).
Evidence how you have improved your work-related communication skills. (500-600 words)

Part 3 (Learning Outcome 3) Reflect on your communication strengths and weaknesses. Then, detail the actions you will take, with clear timescales, to address two of your communication weaknesses.
