Diversity Plan

This final assignment should include:

Develop a comprehensive Diversity Plan based on your completed Needs Assessment ( View assignment 2).
A) Include measurable goals and objectives,
B) Assigned responsibilities, ( look a the different sections mentioned in the Assign for the Consulate)
The Action Plan that includes implementation, training, and evaluation.
C) It must include a measurable rubric ( see rubric example)

This final assignment should include:

1) Goals and objectives,
2) Person responsible for each area of implementing and following the goals,
3) the action plan must show the implementation, the training audience and how it is to be disseminated
4) An evaluation part about how its taking place or working, this is the evaluation component. It should include rubric scale 1 to 5.
