Disease Paper for Med Term (230 points).

Make sure you follow these instructions.

The paper must be at least 3 pages plus a work cited page. It should be double spaced typed in a 12 font. Be sure and use a regular style font such as Times New Roman, Tahoma, Calibri, etc.

You may choose any disease from Chapters 4-14 in your textbook. The paper must include: a brief overview of the disease, signs and symptoms, treatments, tests for diagnosing, and the prognosis of the disease.
