Be sure to submit a full report (using Data Dive 1- Template.docx) with your analyses of the Data Dive 2.xlsx file.

Be sure to address the key questions on the tab and include at least one graph of findings from the data. As a reminder, the key question for the analysis is whether the independent variable (race) causes the outcome variable (callback) to change. You should mention in your paper how the available data permits or does not permit causal inference.
