Imagine that you are the Public Information Officer (PIO) for your chosen agency, and your managers want you to evaluate the effectiveness of their social media efforts. Review that agency′s website, Facebook® page, or Twitter® account. Write a 1,050- to 2,100-word paper, in which you include the following: Identify the main components and features of the social media format you reviewed.
