1. Based on the authors’ discussion of two types of community leaders on p.142, describe the kind of religious or other kind of authoritative leaders you have encountered in communities in which you have participated.

2. Based on the discussion of ideal team leaders of interprofessional teams that coordinate end of life care (141-142), describe the kind of leader you hope to be, or the kind of leader you might want to work with in an interprofessional-team, care-giving context. Please be as specific as possible in your description.
