(College Professor’s instructions)”Focus on Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the relevant sections of the UN Charter.  Make an argument about how they are similar and how they are in  conflict, and what are the consequences of the conflict and the way that human rights are addressed by the international community.” Look for major tensions, gaps, contradictions between them based on the themes we discussed so far. You can focus on one or two themes, say from the angle of legitimacy, equality, significance, balance-of-power, capability to sustain and legitimize post-war world order. Look particularly at preamble, 1st, 6th, 7th articles.
