They will provide an in-depth analysis of the approach to leadership by incorporating 3 or more relevant leadership theories.
Critically evaluate Ricardo Semler’s leadership strategy of devolving leadership to his staff. 30 For an excellent mark students will evaluate the implication of devolving leadership to staff in depth. The internal and external context for this leadership strategy will be incorporated into the evaluation, and key conclusions on the value of the leadership strategy will be made.
Referring to the concept of leadership ethics, assess Ricardo Semler’s approach to downsizing the Human Resources department. 20 For an excellent mark students will assess the rationale for downsizing the HR department and highlight a range of potential ethical issues that could support or inhibit this strategy.
Use of relevant structure and Harvard referencing 10 For an excellent mark students will clearly structure their paper, using report style – titles, subtitles and a reference page. The language used will be appropriate to the academic context and business communication and avoid colloquialisms, informal terms and jargon. The submission uses Harvard referencing.
