This is for an MBA class 700 level using Hoover’s and other sources look at The Walt Disney Company and their generic strategy works and moves through the industry.  Second part is looking at how they are international and compete in foreign markets.  Then make a recommend an additional strategies for international markets.  Need to have sources sited through out the paper.

Many aviation programs are international in nature. Commercial airliners are sold on the international markets, and military aviation programs often involve international cooperation and coordination.
