Capstone III – Review of Literature
For Part III of your proposal, you are required to review the literature relating to your topic. For example, if you are proposing a change in the way professional development is provided within the health care organization, you should review several articles and/or books which discuss professional development in health care organizations.

Your review of literature must include the following:
1.A summary of at least eight resources that relate to your topic of study.
2.An explanation of how the resource supports your proposal.
3.Resources should include, but are not limited to, journal articles, magazine articles, books, and/or reports.
